Downloader / full portal scan
Downloads portal publications and updates the local PDF inventory. Runs automatically once a day (last-month scan, ~04:00). The full scan is manual only - use the buttons for an on-demand scan: full, or limited to publications updated in the last month/year (fast; uses the portal's own "Not older than" filter).
Metadata sync
Refreshes version date, ECS, products and titles from the portal details. Manual only - use the full sync (resumable) or one limited to manuals with a recent version date (last month/year; faster, no resume needed).
